Dave and Mili live in the North End of Tacoma and call Ruston, Washington their home. They have lived in Washington for almost twenty years. Though they met here in Washington, Dave is originally from the territory of Alaska and Mili is from the Republic of Perú.

Dave has been in the real estate industry since shortly after he arrived in Washington in 2003. His extensive experience includes property management, facilities and operations management, general contracting, remodeling and renovation of homes, including historic residences, and real estate investment and sales. Along with Mili Vargas Marks, his wife and real estate partner, Dave has had the pleasure of working with first time home buyers, long time homeowners, investors, and developers since 2004. He has experience in the purchase and sale of single-family homes, condos, vacation homes, income properties, and vacant land. Dave’s success hinges on his skills as a negotiator and communicator. His focus is on his customers to whom he is incredibly loyal, a value he highly cherishes.
